Windows(tm) Solutions:
- VirtualBox, a powerful
x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization product for enterprise as well
as home use.
- Vagrant,
open-source software for creating and configuring virtual development
environments. It can be considered a wrapper around VirtualBox
and configuration management software such as Chef, Salt and
Puppet. Although written in Ruby, it is usable in other programming
projects such as PHP, Python, Java, and C#.
- VMWare, a product that allows
you to run another Intel OS (like Windows, Linux, OS/2, etc.) under
Linux or WindowsNT on an Intel system.
- WINE,
an implementation of the Windows 3.x and Win32 APIs on top of X and Unix,
(a Windows compatibility layer).

- Cryptocurrencies
A cryptocurrency is a digital medium of exchange. The first
cryptocurrency to begin trading was Bitcoin in 2009. Since then,
numerous cryptocurrencies have become available.
- SSDs (Solid State Drives)

A talk focused on users new to Linux; topics such as file permissions,
choosing passwords, securing LILO and your PC's BIOS, etc.
