DAY 1

Friday, May 9th

LUGOD's little table at Whole Earth! Ryan Castelluci looks over the handouts.

We were placed next to the great folks from "Offline Independent Energy Systems," and drew power for our demo computer and laptops from their solar array!

Ryan (standing) and Mike Simons (seated) answering some people's questions.

Don from 'Offline.'

Apparently, our demo box (Pentium II 200Mhz) and LCD display drew about 100 Watts on average.

Another shot of the solar array. The entire unit (including batteries) had capacity for approx. 5500 Watts.

The folks from DEEP (Davis Energy Efficiency Project) on the other side of us left early, so we stole some of their table space for laptops.

We were a few booths down from the 'Two Ton Tricycle.' (It actually only weighs about 800-1000 pounds)

DAY 2

Saturday, May 10th

A fellow dropped in and played with wireless!

Ryan Castelluci donated a Wireless Access Point to LUGOD!

Bill Kendrick's "Tux Paint" was extremely popular with one set of kids. (They were even waiting for us at 9am sharp on Sunday morning!)
